Quiet and slightly formal for about a minute at the door, and then not formal at all. Nadia keeps her English simple and exact, and it does the job in both directions.
Punctuality matters to her more than it does to most people; if the reply says thirty minutes, it means thirty. She crosses from the south to the centre several times in a night without complaint, and the time comes out the same at either end of the clock. Ukrainian was first; the English arrived later and does everything she needs of it. The standard hour gets taken, but ninety minutes is what she will recommend if you ask her what she would book.

She comes to your hotel room, residence or short-stay apartment anywhere inside the ring, at the same rate by day and by night, and she is typically twenty to thirty minutes from a central address once the booking is confirmed.
